Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our highly experienced team at Tanana Valley Clinic, the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in Alaska. 

 

The Opportunity:

We represent a 14-provider family medicine clinic, integral to a longstanding health system with a rich 60-year history of dedicated service to the Fairbanks community. Our comprehensive expertise spans the entire spectrum of healthcare, from adeptly addressing newborn care to navigating end-of-life issues and everything in between. Operating within the framework of a rural health system provides a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to actively manage diverse aspects of patient care that might be delegated in other settings. This hands-on approach not only allows for the well-rounded development of skills but also facilitates the expansion of one's breadth of experience.   • Compensation: $300k first year guarantee! $235k base salary, wRVU production paid at $68.44 after 3,433 wRVU. Average total compensation between $330k-$350k. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
  • Schedule: 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
  • Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations. 18 patients per day
  • Team: Our clinic is comprised of physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacist, virtual scribes, and a comprehensive administrative support staff.

Qualifications

Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician’s employment agreement. The right candidate will have a commitment to quality healthcare, critical communication abilities, desire to work as a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to improve practices consistently.
